Students and parents, download the documents below. Print and fill them out, then give them to your youth leader. They will take them to DNow.
Youth Leaders, follow the Summary Registration link. It will open a blank Google Sheet for you to add the names, grades, T-Shirt sizes, and any food allergies for your group.
STUDENTS and PARENTS: Participant Release and Medical Form: Parents should complete this document with their student.
PARENTS: Permission to Leave and/or Drive: Parents, complete this document only if your student will have to leave for another committement during the DNow event.
STUDENTS: Student Covenant: Students, read, agree to, and sign this document in order to participate in DNow 2026.
YOUTH LEADERS: Summary Registration Form: Youth leaders, follow this link to open a blank Google Sheet. You will need to login with a Google or GMail account. It will prompt you to make a copy, go ahead and do that. Then rename the sheet to the name of your church and add the names and pertinent information for your students and chaperones. This is essential so we have accurate numbers for the event. THANK YOU!
